Returns

1. Pursuant to Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 24 June 2014, item 827), a Buyer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without stating a reason and without incurring costs. However, if the Buyer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller shall not be obliged to reimburse the Buyer for the additional costs incurred by the Buyer. The cost of returning the goods to the trader in the situation of withdrawal from a distance contract shall be borne by the consumer.
2. The period for withdrawal shall begin from the day on which the buyer or a third party other than the carrier designated by the buyer takes possession of the product.
3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer shall inform the Seller of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement of withdrawal.
4. If the Buyer has paid in cash, it is suggested that he specify the bank account to which the funds will be refunded in the withdrawal statement.
5. The withdrawal from the contract may concern all or part of the products covered by the order.
6. Sending the declaration before the end of the withdrawal period is sufficient to comply with the withdrawal period.
7. The seller provides the possibility to submit a declaration of withdrawal electronically by sending a scan of the declaration to the e-mail address: hello@jmpperfumes.pl. The Seller shall immediately send an acknowledgement of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal to the Buyer.
8. The declaration of withdrawal may also be sent by traditional mail to the address: JMP Artisan Perfumes, ul. Radzikowskiego 106a/64, 31-315 Kraków, tel. 724176775, with the suggested annotation „withdrawal from the contract”.
9. In the event of withdrawal as described above, the contract shall be deemed not to have been concluded.
10. The Seller shall refund to the Buyer all payments made by the Buyer immediately, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the Buyer's declaration of withdrawal and the goods. The Seller may withhold reimbursement of the payments received from the Buyer until the Buyer has received the item back or the consumer has provided proof of its return, whichever event occurs first.
11. The Buyer is obliged to return the product by mail to the Seller at the address JMP Artisan Perfumes, ul. Radzikowskiego 106a/64, 31-315 Krakow immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day on which he renounced the contract. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the item back before its expiry.
12. The Seller shall refund the payment using the same method of payment used by the Buyer. If the Buyer has paid for the product on delivery, the Buyer should agree to the refund in the event of withdrawal to the bank account specified in the statement of withdrawal.
13. The purchaser shall only be liable for any diminution in the value of the product resulting from the use of the product beyond that which is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics and functioning.
14. The Buyer shall not be entitled to withdraw from the contract where the object of performance is an item:
    (a) delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons if the packaging was opened after delivery;
    (b) where the object of the performance is a non-prefabricated item intended to meet the consumer's individual needs.

2. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and provide further instructions regarding your complaint.
3. If your complaint is accepted, we will seek to resolve the problem in a way that is most beneficial to you. This may include replacing the product with a new one, repair, refund or some other form of compensation.
